What’s Preventing Herd Immunity?
Hint: It’s not lack of funding, not hesitancy, and it’s not ignorance of where to go to get treatment or vaccination
When famous news anchor Norah O’Donnell, and presidential Covid advisor Anthony Fauci, come down with Covid, you know we have not achieved Herd Immunity.
So how can we achieve this elusive goal? Ordinarily, one might expect the answer to be along the lines of granting funding to provide vaccinations, treatment, tests, PPE’s etc. But I have a different idea.
Pandemic assistance must include prosecuting violations of 18 USC §1513 Retaliating against a witness, victim, or an informant; as well as Hate Crimes, bias against those with any disability. You may be surprised to learn that there exists censorship of certain individuals receiving vaccinations, treatment, and even of their communications.

When I composed this referenced document, I was burdened with no proof-reader. Please bear with my unintended human error. Where I wrote a number of days, in this doc, read it as a number of business days. There are one or more instances in which May 5 and May 3 are interchanged. I would like to correct these inaccuracies within the document itself, but am still experiencing Google Drive anal retentiveness; so uploading a corrected version, is problematic.
Because such censorship has been so long-standing, you’ll never know how many lives you’ll save, in addressing it. I believe it is tied to (non-governmental) whistle-blower-Retaliation which began on a local level. It will not be realistic to rely on Local prosecutions.
Because of a psychotically deranged misplaced arrogant sense of entitlement at the outset, the non-governmental whistle blower Retaliation persists. It involves some in EPCOG, a group of 7 counties ( https://www.epcog.org ), and local (Clovis, Curry County) bodies of law enforcement, former and current prosecutors, judges, candidates for such, and even public defenders, court clerks, and the local chamber of commerce. The only way to stop it, will be adequate prosecution.
Locally, there is a DHS retiree named Raymond Mundragon. He has many relatives in the area. He currently works for EPCOG. He is well known in state government, and has been the local interim police chief. He has run for local mayor.
There has since arisen a group within these categories of biased attitude holders, of local candidates, many of whom are running un-opposed. These efforts have persisted, and persist, for the decade I’ve resided in Clovis. During this time, some have slandered that I have not continually lived in Clovis. Certain among them are predicating their dishonest carreeeeyers upon slander based upon bias.
I’m wondering if that has anything to do with Google getting away with its block-equivalent, after Complaint was made to federal law enforcement. Do any of the people in these organizations have anything to do with Google Drive refusing to duly send a verification code?
Get me a consistent, reliable, means to upload further supporting documentation, and I will. If any make attributions to Complainant behind my back, as to being a part of any special interest group, refer to these screenshots.
They relate to withdrawal from such, made officially on June 8, 2022, as well as long-standing residency. Partisan politics should never enter into any life saving situation. That's as true locally as it is state- and nation-wide.
If you’ve been duped in the past by any vaccination or Covid-treatment censors, into believing that all who want treatment or vaccination can simply get it, and not be censored, you are not alone. To achieve Herd Immunity, so you, and those you love, are safe, adequate prosecutions against Censors are called for. Because such censorship has been so long-standing, you’ll never know how many lives you’ll save, in working toward adequate prosecutions of Censorship, and of concurring Retaliation and Hate Crimes.
